So I have to say, when I first became aware of Lady Gaga I wasn't really that crazy about her. In her earlier interviews she was rather standoffish, as if she were striving to make people uncomfortable instead of just communicating to people that were interested in her work. There was just something rather unappealing about her to me, and it wasn't her controversy, just her attitude. But....I have noticed that has time went on, she become more and more "humble" in her interviews. More willing to talk about things, more forthcoming and in turn, that made her more appealing to me. What is more, it is truly difficult not to support someone who is willing to use their fame without reserve to support Same-Sex rights. It is one of our biggest issues today and you have to give someone props for speaking up. It is an act that you can't help but respect and love her for. Plus, don't you sort of love seeing what she will wear next? While I'm not a huge fan of her latest video "Telephone" because of all of the blatant product placement, I do really love her her "Paparazzi" and "Bad Romance" videos. Fun stuff! Some crazy stuff that I've found lately is Gaga Barbie Dolls and an essay that Gaga wrote for school when she attended the Tisch School of the Arts. Fun stuff. Enjoy!
Thanks for that Gagasm. You gotta give her props for her mad lesbo theme in Telephone though, AND that fact that she worked with one of the most prolific butch lesbian body performance artists out there on the video - Heather Cassils.
ReplyDeleteI do like that fact actually. :) Plus-shes just starting to look so fucking skinny lol. i kinda miss her bodacious little booty.
